Few ideas I just wanted to toss out.  Bases that you build are essentially just like the complex right?  Some of the major differences being, Medical treaments, Gaming room, Password to access, Buy/Sell Equipment.  A base lacks all of those things.  However I was thinking, what if you could "upgarde" your base to include those things.  Maybe Hire a doctor to work in your medical facility, or a Merchant to operate from your base?  You could either work it in as an Upgrade cost or an ongoing wages "cost" which could be auto-paid out of your bank account.

Another approach to this same idea would be to have a "franchise" of the complex, where you pay a fee [to the complex] to have these services available at your base,  Kind of like how the Complex charges you to stay there overnight once you reach certain levels.  A possible drawback to a franchise could be that other people would be able to stay at your base for free (or paying a fee to you, which the complex gets a % of)...kind of like an inn.  This would also mean that you couldn't fight / kick out other guests.  Also, this might have to be limited to 1 mini-complex per level or 2 "franchises" per person...  & the locations could be advertised when you leave the real complex / mini complexes.

Also, why doesn't the complex have a teleporter?  This is another possible upgrade to the main complex.  Add your Teleporter signature for X amount of money...(or subscribe to the Complex Teleporter service for X amount of money per login & have it prompt to "renew" every time you login)

These ideas are more appropriate for the sequel.  I don't really want to change the gameplay of Overkill too much.  When we start to change things that drastically will be in the new game.
