Here are the features that I believe to be "complete":
Pregame:
* Login / new user procedure
* bank should give status reports
* no resurrection yet, no recamping yet
Complex:
* Main menu, and three main sectionts
Barracks:
* Bank storage complete
* Check status complete
* Games room only missing Sharp Shooter
* Recruit chambers only missing View Recruit
* Wastelands posts a guard report and sends you outside
Communications:
* Completely unimplemented, but should give a message
HeadQuarters:
* Info cabinet complete
* Medical Center complete
* Records Room complete
* Supply Room complete
* Teams/Squardons complete
Wastelands:
* walking around should work
* monsters should randomly attack
* items/campers/bases don't yet show up
* all other scanner functionality should work (no time limits yet)
* vert limited functionality in the wastelands besides that
(Basically I'll let you know when more things are active out here.
Equipment:
* eat rations works
* use medpack works
* manuals can be read
* everything else is broken
* shift pack works
Combat:
* no player combat yet
* no action combat yet
* combat isn't complete, but the basics should work:
* long range works
* hand to hand works
* run leaves the fight, but isn't properly implemented
* surrender doesn't work
* attack works
* till death doesn't work
* exchange doesn't work
* his death should give you xp and crystals
* monsters never drop items currently
* your death should end the fight, but you will live currently
Multiplayer Communication:
* some menus currently support receiving of transmissions
* / (send message) is implemented on some menus
* # (who is online) is implemented on some menus
* a future build will have this feature on all major menus
Any changes to this will be posted when I put up new builds. Right now I'm working on cleaning up the features we have currently. There are little bugs here and there and general inconsistancies.
Once the clean up is done I'll work on implementing the last of the complex features. I'll let you guys know when the Complex is 100% and you can bang away on that.
Also, if there are any little things that will help with either testing or being able to play the game, let me know. Theoretically it should be possible already to get to very high levels in the game.
